٢٦ - تدعو جميع الحكومات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات اﻹقليمية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة باﻷمر، إلى أن تشارك مشاركة كاملة في العقد الثالث؛

25. Warmly calls upon all Governments, United Nations bodies, the specialized agencies and other intergovernmental organizations, regional organizations and interested non-governmental organizations to contribute fully to the effective implementation of the Programme of Action;
٢٥ - تهيب بشدة بجميع الحكومات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات اﻹقليمية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة باﻷمر أن تسهم على الوجه اﻷوفى في التنفيذ الفعال لبرنامج العمل؛
