2. The delegates reaffirmed the following principles contained in document A/9822, dated 30 October 1974, which is when the standard rates of reimbursement were established:

12. As stated in paragraph 35 of the Secretary-General's report, at the end of December 1993, full reimbursement in accordance with the standard rates of reimbursement established by General Assembly resolution 45/258 had been made for the period ending 31 October 1993.

6. The latest revision to the standard rates of reimbursement was in accordance with paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 45/258 of 3 May 1991, whereby the Assembly decided to increase the rates of reimbursement by 4 per cent beginning 1 July 1991.
