If the State party concerned disputes the contention of the author or authors in accordance with article 4.1 of the Optional Protocol that all available domestic remedies have been exhausted, the State party shall give details of the remedies available to the alleged victim or victims in the particular circumstances of the case.
6 - إذا جادلت الدولة الطرف فيما يدعيه مقدم أو مقدمو الرسالة، وفقا للمادة 4-1 من البروتوكول الاختياري، من استنفاد جميع سبل الانتصاف المحلية المتاحة، تعرض تلك الدولة تفاصيل أشكال الانتصاف المتاحة للضحية المزعومة أو الضحايا المزعومين في الملابسات المحددة للقضية.

7- إذا اعترضت الدولة الطرف المعنية على الأهلية القانونية لصاحب أو أصحاب البلاغ بموجب المادة 12 من الاتفاقية، فعليها أن تقدم تفاصيل عن القوانين وسبل الانتصاف المتاحة للضحية المزعومة أو الضحايا المزعومين في الملابسات المحددة للقضية.

6- إذا اعترضت الدولة الطرف المعنية على زعم صاحب أو أصحاب البلاغ، وفقاً للفقرة الفرعية (د) من المادة 2 من البروتوكول الاختياري، استنفاد جميع سبل الانتصاف المحلية المتاحة، فعليها أن تقدم تفاصيل عن سبل الانتصاف المتاحة للضحية المزعومة أو الضحايا المزعومين في الملابسات المحددة للقضية.

6- إذا اعترضت الدولة الطرف المعنية على زعم مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ، وفقاً للفقرة (د) من المادة 2 من البروتوكول الاختياري، استنفاد جميع سبل الانتصاف المحلية المتاحة، فعليها أن تقدم تفاصيل عن سبل الانتصاف المتاحة للضحية المزعومة أو الضحايا المزعومين في الملابسات المحددة للقضية.

6- إذا اعترضت الدولة الطرف المعنية على زعم مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ، وفقاً للفقرة (د) من المادة 2 من البروتوكول الاختياري، استنفاد جميع سبل الانتصاف المحلية المتاحة، فعليها أن تقدم تفاصيل عن سبل الانتصاف المتاحة للضحية المزعومة أو الضحايا المزعومين في الملابسات المحددة للقضية.

If the State party concerned disputes the allegations of the author(s), in accordance with article 7, paragraph 1 (e), of the Protocol, that all available and effective domestic remedies have been exhausted, the State party shall give details of the effective remedies available to the alleged victim(s) in the particular circumstances of the case.
8- وإذا اعترضت الدولة الطرف المعنية على ادعاءات صاحب (أصحاب) البلاغ، وفقاً للفقرة 1(ﻫ) من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، بأن جميع سبل الانتصاف المحلية الفعالة والمتاحة قد استُنفدت، تعرض الدولة الطرف تفاصيل سبل الانتصاف الفعالة المتاحة للشخص المُدعى أنه ضحية (الأشخاص المُدعى أنهم ضحايا) في الظروف المُحددة للقضية.

5. If the State party concerned disputes the contention of the author/s, in accordance with article 3, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol, that all available domestic remedies have been exhausted, the State party shall give details of the remedies available to the alleged victim or victims and said to be effective in the particular circumstances of the case.
5- إذا اعترضت الدولة الطرف المعنية على ادعاء صاحب (أصحاب) البلاغ، وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 3 من البروتوكول الاختياري، أن جميع سبل الانتصاف المحلية المتاحة قد استُنفدت، تعرض تلك الدولة تفاصيل سبل الانتصاف المتاحة للشخص المُدعى أنه ضحية أو الأشخاص المُدعى أنهم ضحايا والتي توصف بأنها فعالة في الظروف المُحددة للقضية.
