2- بعد انقضاء فترة الستة أشهر المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، يجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى تقديم مزيد من المعلومات بشأن أي تدابير تكون تلك الدولة قد اتخذتها استجابة لآراء اللجنة أو توصياتها أو لاتفاق تسوية ودية للقضية.

2 - في الحالات التي تتلقى فيها اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تفيد بأن دولة طرفا قد أخلَّت بالتزاماتها المقررة بموجب المادة 11، يجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى تقديم تفسيرات أو بيانات خطية توضح بها الأمر وإلى الإبلاغ عن الإجراءات التي تتخذها لكفالة الوفاء بالتزاماتها المقررة بموجب المادة 11.

2- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تفيد بأن دولة طرفا قد أخلَّت بالتزاماتها المقررة بموجب المادة 11، يجوز لها أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى تقديم تفسيرات أو بيانات خطية توضح الأمر وتصف أي إجراءات تقوم باتخاذها لكفالة الوفاء بالتزاماتها المقررة بموجب المادة 11.

Rule 97, paragraph 1: As soon as possible after the communication has been received, the Committee, a working group... or a special rapporteur designated under rule 95, paragraph 3, shall request the State party concerned to submit a written reply to the communication.

الفقرة 2 من المادة 97: يجوز للمقرر الخاص، عندما يطلب إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية تقديم شروحات خطية بشأن مقبولية البلاغ وأسسه الموضوعية أن يطلب، بسبب الطبيعة الاستثنائية للإحالة، رداً خطياً يقتصر على مسألة المقبولية.

4. If, in the opinion of the Committee, a report of a State party does not contain sufficient or accurate information, it may request the State party concerned to submit additional information as required, indicating the time limit within which the information should be submitted.
4- إذا رأت اللجنة أن تقرير دولة طرف لا يتضمن معلومات كافية أو دقيقة، يجوز لها أن تطلب إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية تقديم ما يلزم من معلومات إضافية، محدّدةً أجل تقديم هذه المعلومات.

29. In relation to submission No. 2011/3, the Committee decided to request the State party concerned to submit observations with regard to the information received under article 8 of the Optional Protocol.
