83. The Committee recommends that the State party enact a migration law that addresses the situation faced by migrant children and create tools to address the existing problems, especially with regard to unaccompanied migrant children.
83- توصي اللجنة بأن تسن الدولة الطرف قانوناً متعلقاً بالهجرة يتناول الأوضاع التي يواجهها الأطفال المهاجرون ويستحدث أدوات للتصدي للمشاكل القائمة خاصة فيما يتعلق بالأطفال المهاجرين غير المصحوبين.

23. The Committee recommends that the State party enact legislation criminalizing the export and/or transit of arms and/or military assistance to countries where children may be involved in armed conflict.
23- توصي اللجنة بأن تسن الدولة الطرف تشريعات تُجرّم تصدير و/أو عبور الأسلحة و/أو تقديم المساعدات العسكرية إلى البلدان التي قد يشترك أطفال في النزاع المُسلح الدائر فيها.

The Committee therefore recommends that the State party enact legislation specifically prohibiting racial discrimination or amend the existing laws, in order to be in full compliance with the Convention (article 2).
ولذا، توصي اللجنة بأن تسن الدولة الطرف تشريعاً يحظر بالتحديد التمييز العنصري، أو أن تعدل القوانين الحالية، من أجل تحقيق امتثالها الكامل للاتفاقية (المادة 2).

The Committee further recommends that the State party enact specific legislation on child trafficking in accordance with the Optional Protocol and the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children (the Palermo Protocol) and ensure that the crime of child trafficking is defined consistently and prosecuted throughout the State party.
