22. The Committee notes with concern that, despite the achievements of the State party in the field of education, high dropout rates persist, especially within disadvantaged and marginalized groups of the population.
22- وتلاحظ اللجنة بقلق أنه على الرغم من إنجازات الدولة الطرف في مجال التعليم، تبقى معدلات التخلي عن الدراسة مرتفعة، ولا سيما بين المجموعات المحرومة والمهمشة من السكان.

137. Although the Committee is aware of the positive efforts undertaken by the State party in the field of education against racial discrimination, concern is expressed about the absence or insufficiency of such educational measures for some professional groups, such as judges, magistrates, lawyers and civil servants.
١٣٧ - ورغم أن اللجنة مدركة للجهود اﻹيجابية التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف في مجال التثقيف لمناهضة التمييز العنصري، فقد أُعرب عن القلق لغياب تلك التدابير التثقيفية أو عدم كفايتها بالنسبة لبعض الفئات المهنية مثل القضاة وموظفي القضاء والمحامين والموظفين المدنيين.
