4. Welcomes the fact that Djibouti has withdrawn its forces to the status quo ante, as called for by the Security Council in the statement of its President dated 12 June 2008 (S/PRST/2008/20) and established by the fact-finding mission, and condemns the refusal of Eritrea to do so;
4 - يرحب بسحب جيبوتي قواتها إلى مواقعها السابقة، حسبما طلب مجلس الأمن في بيان رئيسه المؤرخ 12 حزيران/يونيه 2008 (S/PRST/2008/20)، وحسبما أقرته بعثة تقصي الحقائق، ويدين رفض إريتريا القيام بذلك؛

" The Security Council, however, notes with deep concern the resurgence of unconstitutional changes of government, undemocratic seizures of power, and, recalling the statement of its President dated 5 May 2009, stresses again the importance of expeditiously restoring constitutional order including through open and transparent elections.

Recalling its previous resolutions and statements of its President concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo, in particular resolutions 1794 (2007) and 1756 (2007) and the statement of its President dated 29 October 2008 (S/PRST/2008/40),
إذ يشيـر إلى قراراته وبيانات رئيسـه السابقة المتعلقة بجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، ولا سيما القراران 1794 (2007) و 1756 (2007)، وإلى بيان رئيسه المؤرخ 29 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2008 (S/PRST/2008/40)،

Recalling that in the statement of its President dated 12 June 2008 (S/PRST/2008/20) it condemned Eritrea's military action against Djibouti in Ras Doumeira and Doumeira Island and called upon the two parties to show maximum restraint and withdraw forces to the status quo ante,
وإذ يذكِّر بأنه أدان في بيان رئيسه المؤرخ 12 حزيران/يونيه 2008 (S/PRST/2008/20)، العمل العسكري الذي نفذته إريتريا ضد جيبوتي في رأس دميرة وجزيرة دميرة، وأنه طلب إلى الطرفين التحلي بأقصى درجات ضبط النفس وسحب القوات إلى مواقعها السابقة،

Expressing its deep concern that, as mentioned in the report of the fact-finding mission referred to above, Eritrea has not withdrawn its forces to the status quo ante, as called for by the Security Council in the statement of its President dated 12 June 2008 (S/PRST/2008/20),
وإذ يعرب عن بالغ قلقه من أن إريتريا، على نحو ما ذُكر في تقرير بعثة تقصي الحقائق المشار إليها أعلاه، لم تسحب قواتها إلى مواقعها السابقة، حسبما طلب مجلس الأمن في بيان رئيسه المؤرخ 12 حزيران/يونيه 2008 (S/PRST/2008/20)،

Recalling that in the statement of its President dated 4 September 2008 (S/PRST/2008/33) it welcomed the signing of a peace and reconciliation agreement in Djibouti and commended the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Somalia, Mr. Ahmedou Ould-Abdallah, for his ongoing efforts, and emphasizing the importance of promoting a comprehensive and lasting settlement in Somalia,
وإذ يشير إلى أنه رحب في بيان رئيسه المؤرخ 4 أيلول/سبتمبر 2008 (S/PRST/2008/33) بتوقيع اتفاق سلام ومصالحة في جيبوتي، وأثنى على السيد أحمد ولد عبد الله، الممثل الخاص للأمين العام للصومال، على ما يبذله من جهود مستمرة، وإذ يؤكد أهمية تشجيع التوصل إلى تسوية شاملة ودائمة في الصومال،

Welcoming the efforts of the Secretary-General to keep all peacekeeping operations, including UNMIL, under close review and stressing the need for the Council to pursue a rigorous, strategic approach to peacekeeping deployments, consistent with the statement of its President dated 5 August 2009 on United Nations peacekeeping operations (S/PRST/2009/24),
