The Group is also concerned by attempts to limit the scope of the negotiations on a fissile material treaty as contained in the statement of the Special Coordinator in 1995 and the mandate contained therein, which was endorsed at both the 1995 Review and Extension Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and the 2000 Review Conference.
وتشعر المجموعة بالقلق أيضا إزاء محاولات تضييق نطاق المفاوضات بشأن معاهدة المواد الانشطارية كما جاء في بيان المنسق الخاص عام 1995 والولاية الواردة فيه التي أيدها كل من مؤتمر الأطراف في معاهدة منع انتشار الأسلحة النووية لاستعراض المعاهدة وتمديدها لعام 1995 ومؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة لعام 2000.

The States parties emphasize the need to pursue negotiations on a non-discriminatory and universally applicable convention banning the production of fissile material for nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices, in accordance with the statement of the Special Coordinator of the Conference on Disarmament and the mandate contained therein.
وتشدد الدول اﻷطراف على ضرورة مواصلة المفاوضات بشأن اتفاقية غير تمييزية وذات سريان عالمي تحظر إنتاج المواد الانشطارية لﻷسلحة النووية أو اﻷجهزة المتفجرة النووية اﻷخرى، وفقا لبيان المقرر الخاص لمؤتمر نزع السلاح والولاية الواردة فيه.

121.
