6. 7. The Committee decided to accept the credentials of the representatives of all States listed in the above-mentioned memorandum and the statement relating thereto and the European Community, on the understanding that formal credentials for the representatives of the States referred to in paragraphs 6 and 7 above would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.
7 - وقررت اللجنة قبول وثائق تفويض ممثلي جميع الدول المذكورة في المذكرة المشار إليها آنفا وفي البيان المتصل بها، وكذا وثائق تفويض ممثلي الجماعة الأوروبية، على أساس أن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول المشار إليها في الفقرتين 6 و 7 أعلاه سترسل إلى الأمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن.

7. The Committee decided to accept the credentials of the representatives of all States listed in the above-mentioned memorandum and the statement relating thereto and the European Community, on the understanding that formal credentials for the representatives of the States referred to in paragraphs 6 and 7 above would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.

As noted in paragraph 3 of the memorandum and in the statement relating thereto, the following State participating in the Summit had not, as of the time of the meeting of the Credentials Committee, communicated to the Secretary-General any information regarding its representatives to the Summit: Chad.
8 - وكما هو مبين في الفقرة 3 من المذكرة وفي البيان المتصل بها، لم ترسل الدولة التالية المشاركة في مؤتمر القمة، اعتبارا من وقت اجتماع لجنة وثائق التفويض، أي معلومات إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة عن ممثليها لدى المؤتمر: تشاد.

9. The Committee decided to accept the credentials of the representatives of all States listed in the above-mentioned memorandum and the statement relating thereto and the European Community, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the States referred to in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the present report would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.

The Committee decided to accept the credentials of the representatives of all States listed in the above-mentioned memorandum and the statement relating thereto and the European Community, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the States referred to in paragraphs 6 and 7 above would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible. 9. The Committee adopted the following draft resolution without a vote:

The Committee decided to accept the credentials of the representatives of all States mentioned in the memorandum of the Secretary-General of the Conference and in the statement relating thereto, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the States referred to in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the present report would be communicated to the Secretary-General of the Conference as soon as possible.
8 - وقررت اللجنة قبول وثائق تفويض ممثلي جميع الدول المذكورة في مذكرة الأمين العام للمؤتمر وفي البيان المتصل بها، علما بأن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول المشار إليها في الفقرتين 6 و 7 من هذا التقرير سوف ترسل إلى الأمين العام للمؤتمر في أقرب وقت ممكن.

6. As noted in paragraph 1 of the memorandum and in the statement relating thereto, formal credentials of representatives to the Summit, in the form required by rule 3 and 4 of the rules of procedure of the Summit, had been received as of the time of the meeting of the Credentials Committee from the following 103 States
6 - وكما يلاحظ من الفقرة 1 من المذكرة ومن البيان المتصل بها، وردت أوراق اعتماد رسمية للممثلين لدى القمة، بالشكل المطلوب في المادتين 3 و 4 من النظام الداخلي للقمة، حتى وقت اجتماع لجنة أوراق الاعتماد، من الدول التالية أسماؤها البالغ عددها 103 دولة:

As noted in paragraph 3 of the memorandum and in the statement relating thereto, the following 31 States participating in the Summit had not, as of the time of the meeting of the Credentials Committee, communicated to the Secretary-General of the Summit any information regarding its representatives to the Summit:

The Committee decided to accept the credentials of the representatives of all States listed in the above-mentioned memorandum and the statement relating thereto and the European Community, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the States referred to in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the present report would be communicated to the Secretary-General of the Summit as soon as possible.
9 - وقررت اللجنة قبول أوراق اعتماد ممثلي جميع الدول المذكورة في المذكرة المشار إليها آنفاً وفي البيان المتصل بها، وكذا أوراق اعتماد ممثلي الجماعة الأوروبية، على أساس أن أوراق الاعتماد الرسمية لممثلي الدول المشار إليها في الفقرتين 7 و 8 أعلاه سترسل إلى الأمين العام للقمة في أقرب وقت ممكن.

The Committee decided to accept the credentials of the representatives of all States listed in the above-mentioned memorandum and the statement relating thereto and the African Union and the European Community, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the States referred to in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the present report would be communicated to the Secretary-General of the Conference as soon as possible.
9- وقررت اللجنة قبول وثائق تفويض ممثلي جميع الدول الواردة في المذكرة أعلاه وفي البيان المتصل بها وكذا ممثلي الاتحاد الأفريقي والجماعة الأوروبية، علماً أن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول المشار إليها في الفقرتين 7 و8 من هذا التقرير سترسل إلى الأمين العام للمؤتمر في أقرب وقت ممكن.

7. As noted in paragraph 3 of the memorandum and in the statement relating thereto, the following seven States participating in the Conference had not, as of the time of the meeting of the Credentials Committee, communicated to the Secretary-General of the Conference any information regarding their representatives to the Conference: Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Grenada, Kenya, Luxembourg and Zimbabwe.
7 - وعلى نحو ما هو مشار إليه في الفقرة 3 من المذكرة وفي البيان المتصل بها، لم ترسل الدول الـسبع التالية المشاركة في المؤتمر، حتى انعقاد اجتماع لجنة وثائق التفويض، معلومات إلى الأمين العام للمؤتمر تتعلق بممثليها في المؤتمر: الرأس الأخضر، زمبابوي، غرينادا، غينيا الاستوائية، كوت ديفوار، كينيا، لكسمبرغ.

7. As noted in paragraph 3 of the memorandum and in the statement relating thereto, the following nine States had not, as of the time of the meeting of the Credentials Committee, formally communicated to the Secretary-General of the Conference any information regarding their representatives to the Conference: Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Cook Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Kiribati, Micronesia (Federal States of), Niue, Sao Tome and Principe, and Togo.
7 - وكما ذُكر في الفقرة 3 من المذكرة وفي البيان المتصل بها، لم تبلغ الدول التسع التالية، منذ انعقاد اجتماع لجنة وثائق التفويض، الأمين العام للمؤتمر رسميا بأية معلومات بشأن ممثليها لدى المؤتمر: أذربيجان، وتوغو، وجزر كوك، وسان تومي وبرينسيبي، وغينيا - بيساو، والكاميرون، وكيريباس، وولايات ميكرونيزيا الموحدة، ونيوي.
