The present report is submitted pursuant to that request, and updates the information contained in the report of the Secretary-General on the status of implementation of paragraph 3 of Council resolution S-12/1 B (A/HRC/13/55).
ويُقدم هذا التقرير عملاً بهذا الطلب ويستكمل المعلومات الواردة في تقرير الأمين العام بشأن حالة تنفيذ الفقرة 3 من قرار المجلس دإ-12/1 باء (A/HRC/13/55).

4. As stated in the report of the Secretary-General on the status of implementation of paragraph 3 of Council resolution S-12/1 B (A/HRC/13/55, para. 4), the Human Rights Council, in paragraph 3 of that resolution, endorsed the Mission's recommendations and called upon all concerned parties, including United Nations bodies, to ensure their implementation in accordance with their respective mandates.
4- وكما ذُكر في تقرير الأمين العام عن حالة تنفيذ الفقرة 3 من الفرع باء من قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان دإ-12/1 (A/HRC/13/55، الفقرة 4)، وافق المجلس، في الفقرة 3 من هذا القرار، على توصيات البعثة ودعا جميع الأطراف المعنية، بما فيها هيئات الأمم المتحدة، إلى ضمان تنفيذها وفقاً لولاية كل منها.

Decides to conclude the assessment of the status of implementation of paragraph 2 of decision 1/CP.12 and to request the entity entrusted with the operation of the Special Climate Change Fund to include in its report to the Conference of the Parties at its seventeenth session information on the implementation of paragraph 2 (a - d) of decision 7/CP.7.
