At its forty-ninth session, the General Assembly, inter alia, requested the Secretary-General to submit to it at its fifty-first session an updated report on the status of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (resolution 49/168, sect. VI).
في الدورة التاسعة واﻷربعين، طلبت الجمعية العامة، في جملة أمور، إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إليها في دورتها الحادية والخمسين تقريرا مستكملا عن حالة اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية )القرار ٤٩/١٦٨، الجزء سادسا(.

(c) To submit to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session an updated report on the status of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988.10
)ج( أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين تقريرا مستكملا عن حالة اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية لعام ١٩٨٨ .

247. The Commission, on the basis of a note by the Secretariat entitled " Status of the Hamburg Rules " (A/CN.9/401/Add.1), discussed the status of the United Nations Convention on the Carriage of Goods by Sea, 1978 (Hamburg) ( " the Hamburg Rules " ), which entered into force on 1 November 1992 and currently had 22 States parties.
٧٤٢ - وقامــت اللجنـــة، استنــادا الــى مذكــرة مــن اﻷمانــة العامــة بعنوان " حالة قواعد هامبورغ " (A/CN.9/401/Add.1)، بمناقشة حالة اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن النقل البحري للبضائع لسنة ١٩٧٨ )هامبورغ( ) " قواعد هامبورغ " (، التي دخلت حيز النفاذ في ١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٢ ويبلغ عدد الدول اﻷطراف فيها حالة ٢٢ دولة.
