B. Measures taken in respect of the Stockholm Declaration
باء - التدابير المتخذة بصدد إعلان ستوكهولم

Recalling principle l of the Stockholm Declaration on the Human Environment,
إذ تشير إلى المبدأ 1 من إعلان ستكهولم بشأن البيئة البشرية،

Principle 24 of the Stockholm Declaration and principle 7 of the Rio Declaration recognize cooperation as an essential element in any effective planning for the protection of the environment.
ويقر كل من المبدأ ٤٢ من إعلان ستكهولم والمبدأ ٧ من إعلان ريو بأن التعاون عنصر أساسي في أي تخطيط فعال لحماية البيئة.
