15- يطلب إلى المفوضية أن تعد دراسة مواضيعية عن أثر التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان، تتضمن توصيات بشأن الإجراءات الرامية إلى وقف تلك التدابير، مع إيلاء الاعتبار لجميع ما سبق صدوره من تقارير وقرارات ومعلومات ذات صلة متاحة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة في هذا الصدد، وأن تقدم هذه الدراسة إلى المجلس في دورته الثامنة عشرة؛

(d) Further requested OHCHR, in consultation with States, national human rights institutions, civil society, relevant intergovernmental bodies and international organizations, and taking into account, inter alia, the outcome of the above-mentioned panel discussion, to draft a study on the prevention of human rights violations and its practical implementation, and to present the study to the Council at its thirtieth session.
