7. 3- اقتسام ومناقشة المبادئ التوجيهية ذات الصلة والتقارير التي أعدتها اللجنة الفرعية (أو خلفها) أو هيئات حقوق الإنسان، بحسب الأحوال، مع المجتمع المدني.

They shall be distributed as soon as possible to all members of the SubCommission or of the working groups, and to any other participants in the meeting, who may, within one week of their receipt, submit corrections to the Secretariat; in special circumstances, the presiding officer may, in consultation with the SecretaryGeneral, extend the time for submitting corrections.

1. Requests the Special Rapporteurs to continue and complete their study on discrimination based on work and descent, to finalize draft principles and guidelines for the effective elimination of this form of discrimination and to submit their final report in 2007 to the SubCommission or its successor body, or in the absence of either, to the Human Rights Council;
1- تطلب إلى المقررين الخاصين مواصلة وإنجاز دراستيهما المتعلقة بالتمييز القائم على أساس العمل والنسب، واستكمال وضع مشاريع المبادئ والتوجيهات الخاصة بالقضاء الفعلي على هذا الشكل من التمييز، وتقديم تقريرهما النهائي في عام 2007 إلى اللجنة الفرعية أو إلى الهيئة التي تخلفها، أو إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في حال عدم وجود أي منهما؛

(a) To request the Special Rapporteur, AntoanellaIulia Motoc, to submit a final report on human rights and the human genome to the SubCommission or the future expert advice mechanism, or in the absence of either, to the Human Rights Council;

13.
