III. Views of the Secretariat on the synergies arrangements

The outcome of this review should be presented as a report containing an assessment of the various elements of the synergies arrangements and any follow-up action necessary.

Annex V to the 2011 synergies decisions set out terms of reference for the preparation of a report on the review of the synergies arrangements to be prepared by the evaluation offices of the United Nations Environment Programme and the Food and Agriculture Organization.
4 - ويرد في المرفق الخامس بمقررات التآزر لعام 2011 اختصاصات إعداد تقرير عن استعراض ترتيبات التآزر الذي ستعده مكاتب التقييم التابعة لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة.

Several parties commented that the current review of the synergies arrangements might be premature and that a further assessment of the synergies arrangements should be undertaken in the future.
