1. By its resolution 51/46 A of 10 December 1996, entitled “United Nations Disarmament Information Programme”, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit to it at its fifty-third session a report covering both the implementation of the activities of the Programme by the United Nations system during the previous two years and the activities of the Programme contemplated by the system for the following two years.
١ - طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى اﻷمين العام في قرارها ٥١/٤٦ ألف المؤرخ ١٠ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٦، المعنون " برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة لمعلومات نزع السلاح " ، أن يقدم إليها في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين تقريرا يشمل تنفيذ منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ﻷنشطة البرنامج خلال العامين الماضيين كما يشمل أنشطة البرنامج التي تزمع المنظومة الاضطلاع بها خلال العامين القادمين.
