The Republic of Azerbaijan stresses once again that, for the effective protection of norms and principles of international law and human rights, the occupation firstly has to be ended and Armenian armed forces have to be withdrawn from the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
وتُشدّد جمهورية أذربيجان مرة أخرى على أنه من أجل الحماية الفعالة لقواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي وحقوق الإنسان، يجب أولاً إنهاء الاحتلال وسحب القوات المسلحة الأرمينية من أراضي جمهورية أذربيجان.

The General Assembly also reaffirmed that no state shall recognize as lawful the situation resulting from the occupation of the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, nor render aid or assistance in maintaining this situation.
وأكدت الجمعية العامة أيضاً من جديد على ألا تعترف أي دولة بشرعية الوضع الناجم عن احتلال أراضي جمهورية أذربيجان، وألا تقدم أي عون أو مساعدة للحفاظ على ذلك الوضع.

5. Reaffirms that no State shall recognize as lawful the situation resulting from the occupation of the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, nor render aid or assistance in maintaining this situation;

وإذ يساورها شديد القلق إزاء المأساة الانسانية التي تجري في أقاليم جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك، وجمهورية كرواتيا، وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود(، واستمرار حدوث انتهاكات كبيرة ومنتظمة لحقوق الانسان في المناطق التي يسيطر عليها الصرب البوسنيون في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك والمناطق التي يسيطر عليها الصرب الكرواتيون في جمهورية كرواتيا،

The presence of the United Nations forces would ensure that the process of ethnic cleansing and forcible expulsion of the remaining Serbs from the territories where they live be halted, and thereby the conditions would be created for the return of the refugees, who have left the territories of the Republic of Serbian Krajina, to their homes.
إن وجود قوات اﻷمم المتحدة من شأنه كفالة وقف عملية التطهير العرقي والطرد القسري لمن تبقى من الصرب من اﻷراضي التي يعيشون فيها، وبالتالي تهيئة الظروف المواتية لعودة اللاجئين الذين تركوا أراضي جمهورية كرايينا الصربية إلى ديارهم.

Bearing all this in mind, I request that you start an immediate initiative to protect urgently the movable and immovable property of the Serbs who left the territories of the Republic of Serbian Krajina and Croatia, as well as the property of the citizens of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in the territory covered by the said Decree.
وبمراعاة كل هذه الاعتبارات، أطالبكم أن تشرعوا في اتخاذ مبادرة فورية من أجل إسباغ الحماية العاجلة على الممتلكات المنقولة وغير المنقولة التي تخص الصرب الذين تركوا أراضي جمهورية كرايينا الصربية وكرواتيا، وكذلك ممتلكات مواطني جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الموجودة في اﻷراضي المشمولة بالمرسوم المذكور.

5. Reaffirms that no State shall recognize as lawful the situation resulting from the occupation of the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, nor render aid or assistance in maintaining this situation " .

6. Paragraph 5 of the resolution states that the Member States shall not recognize as lawful the situation resulting from the occupation of the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, nor render aid or assistance in maintaining this situation.

The forcible expulsion of the Serbs who lived for centuries in the territories of the Republic of Serbian Krajina and Croatia led to the exodus of about half a million Serbs from these areas, which resulted in a humanitarian catastrophe and a wave of human tragedy which fell, with all its ferocity, on the shoulders of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, itself in a very difficult position because of unjust United Nations sanctions.
