٥ - تدعو المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وأيرلندا الشمالية، بوصفها دولة قائمة باﻹدارة بأن تولي الاعتبار الواجب ﻷي مقترحات تقدمها اﻷقاليم الخاضعة ﻹدارتها في إطار استعراضها للسياسة العامة المتعلقة باﻷقاليم التابعة لها في منطقة البحر الكاريبي وإدارتها وكذلك في إطار أي تغييرات في مجال السياسة العامة تؤثر في هذه اﻷقاليم في المستقبل؛
