1. A person who is being detained or is serving a sentence in the territory of one State Party whose presence in another State Party is requested for purposes of identification, testimony or otherwise providing assistance in obtaining evidence for the investigation or prosecution of offences set forth in article 2 may be transferred if the following conditions are met:
١ - يجوز نقل أي شخص محتجز أو يقضي عقوبته في إقليم دولة طرف ومطلوب وجوده في دولة أخرى من الدول اﻷطراف ﻷغراض تحديد الهوية أو الشهادة أو المساعدة من نواح أخرى في الحصول على أدلة ﻷغراض التحقيق في الجرائم المبينة في المادة ٢ أو المحاكمة عليها، إذا استوفى الشرطان التاليان:

1. A person who is being detained or is serving a sentence in the territory of one State Party whose presence in another State Party is requested for purposes of identification, testimony or otherwise providing assistance in obtaining evidence for the investigation or prosecution of offences under this Convention may be transferred if the following conditions are met:
١ - يجوز نقل أي شخص محتجز أو يقضي عقوبته في إقليم دولة طرف ومطلوب وجوده في دولة أخرى من الدول اﻷطراف ﻷغراض تحديد الهوية أو الشهادة أو المساعدة في إثبات الوقائع في إطار عمليات التحقيق أو المحاكمة بموجب هذه الاتفاقية، إذا استوفي الشرطان التاليان:

1. A person who is being detained or is serving a sentence in the territory of one State Party whose presence in another State Party is requested for purposes of identification, testimony or otherwise providing assistance in obtaining evidence for the investigation or prosecution of offences set forth in article 2 may be transferred if the following conditions are met:
١ - يجوز نقل أي شخص محتجز أو يقضي عقوبته في إقليم دولة طرف ومطلوب وجوده في دولة أخرى من الدول اﻷطراف ﻷغراض تحديد الهوية أو الشهادة أو المساعدة من نواح أخرى في الحصول على أدلة ﻷغراض التحقيق في الجرائم المبينة في المادة ٢ أو المحاكمة عليها، إذا استوفي الشرطان التاليان:

17. Since the reported instance of use of cluster munitions on the territory of one State Party in 2011, as detailed in the Beirut Progress Report (BPR), two separate missions to Cambodia were conducted by civil society organizations, which confirmed that the deployed weapons were cluster munitions.
17- ومنذ حالة الإبلاغ عن استخدام الذخائر العنقودية في إقليم دولة طرف في 2011، على النحو الوارد في تقرير بيروت المرحلي()، أوفدت منظمتان من المجتمع المدني() بعثتين مستقلتين إلى كمبوديا، أكدتا أن الأسلحة التي نشرت هي ذخائر عنقودية().

1 - يجوز نقل الشخص المحتجز في إقليم دولة طرف أو الذي يقضي مدة عقوبة في إقليمها، والمطلوب وجوده في دولة طرف أخرى لأغراض تحديد الهوية أو الإدلاء بشهادة أو المساعدة بأي شكل من الأشكال في الحصول على الأدلة اللازمة في إطار تحقيقات، أو ملاحقة قضائية، أو إجراءات قضائية متصلة بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في الصكوك العالمية لمكافحة الإرهاب، متى استوفي الشرطان التاليان:

(e) “Illicit trafficking”: the import, export, acquisition, sale, delivery, movement or transfer of firearms, ammunition and other related materials from or across the territory of one State Party to that of another State Party if any one of the States Parties concerned does not authorize it;
)ﻫ( " الاتجار غير المشروع " : استيراد اﻷسلحة النارية والذخيرة وسائر المعدات ذات الصلة أو تصديرها أو اقتناؤها أو بيعها أو تسليمها أو تحريكها أو نقلها من أو عبر اقليم دولة طرف الى اقليم دولة طرف أخرى ، اذا لم يأذن أي من الدول اﻷطراف المعنية بذلك ؛
