A Party may transfer all or part of such assets, or the proceeds of their sale to another Party, to the extent permitted by the laws of the transferring Party and upon such terms as it deems appropriate.

١١- تطرح أي وحدات خفض للانبعاثات، أو أي جزء من الكمية المسندة التي ينقلها طرف إلى طرف آخر وفقا ﻷحكام المادة ٦ أو المادة ٧١، من الكمية المسندة إلى الطرف الناقل.

(c) Ensure, at the time of transfer of a firearm from government stocks to permanent civilian use, the appropriate unique marking permitting identification by all States Parties of the transferring country.
(ج) أن تكفل، وقت نقل سلاح ناري من المخزونات الحكومية الى الاستعمال المدني الدائم، وسمه بعلامة فريدة مناسبة تتيح لكل الدول الأطراف أن تتعرف على هوية البلد الناقل.

The invalidated parts of assigned amount may be banked by the acquiring Party under the provisions of Article 3, paragraph13, but may not be used for the purpose of meeting commitments under Article 3, paragraph1, until the Compliance Committee deems the transferring Party to have fulfilled any requirement resulting from the breach of commitments identified above.
ويجوز للطرف المحتاز ادخار الأجزاء الملغاة من الكمية المخصصة وفقاً لأحكام الفقرة 13 من المادة 3، وإن كان لا يجوز استخدامها لغرض الوفاء بالالتزامات بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 3 إلى أن ترى لجنة الامتثال أن الطرف الناقل قد استوفى أي شرط ينتج عن خرق الالتزامات المحددة أعلاه.

In the case of a [transfer] to [a holding account] [another registry], the acquiring [account] [registry] shall inform the [transferring] [account] [registry] whether it accepts or rejects the [transfer].
وفي حالة [النقل] إلى [حساب اقتناء] [سجل آخر] يبلغ صاحب [حساب] [سجل] الاحتياز [الناقل] [الحساب] [السجل] بما إذا كان يقبل أو يرفض [عملية النقل].

(e) ensure that any transfer in accordance with this Article takes place in full compliance, by both the transferring and the recipient State, with the relevant prohibitions of this Protocol.
(ﻫ) ضمان الامتثال الكامل من جانب الدولة الناقلة والدولة المتلقية على السواء، بخصوص أي عملية نقل تجري وفقاً لهذه المادة، للمحظورات ذات الصلة الواردة في هذا البروتوكول.

12 ter. Any [units] generated from new market mechanisms established pursuant to Article[s] [Y] and [Z] which a Party transfers to another Party to the Convention in accordance with the provisions of those Articles shall be subtracted from the [amount calculated in accordance with the [target]] for the transferring Party.
