It is also proposed that 37 posts (3 P-5, 7 P-4, 16 P-3, 4 P-2 and 7 General Service) be redeployed during 2009 from the Trial Section and Trial Support Unit to the newly upgraded Appeals Division (A/62/374, para. 26).

This Division now consists of six units: the Office of the Chief of Prosecutions, the Trial Section, the Trial Support Unit, the Co-Counsel Unit, the Team Legal Advisers Unit, and the Legal Advisory Section (see annex II to the present report and A/C.5/53/13, annex III, para. 2).
