24. Confirmed that the cooperation of the Turkic-speaking States within the Economic Cooperation Organization will continue with a view to contributing to strengthening the organization and establishing economic stability and increase of welfare in the region.
24 - أكدوا استمرار تعاون الدول الناطقة بالتركية في إطار منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي بغية الإسهام في تدعيم المنظمة وتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي وزيادة الرفاه في المنطقة.

To deepen the cooperation among the parliaments of the Turkic-speaking countries the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic-speaking countries is functioning pursuant to the Istanbul Agreement of 21 November 2008.

Noting with satisfaction the signing of the Nakhchivan Agreement on the Establishment of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States at the Ninth Summit of the Heads of the Turkic-speaking Countries held on 2 and 3 October 2009 in Nakhchivan city,
وقد أحاطوا علما مع الارتياح بتوقيع اتفاق نخشيفان بشأن إنشاء مجلس التعاون للدول الناطقة بالتركية في مؤتمر القمة التاسع لرؤساء البلدان الناطقة بالتركية المعقود في يومي 2 و3 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009 بمدينة نخشيفان،

1. Noted that the Ninth Summit of the Heads of the Turkic-speaking Countries held in Nakhchivan city shall significantly contribute to further development and deepening of multilateral and bilateral relations and cooperation among Turkic-speaking States in various fields.
1 - أحاطوا علما بأن مؤتمر القمة التاسع لرؤساء البلدان الناطقة بالتركية المعقود في مدينة نخشيفان سيسهم إسهاما كبيرا في دفع التنمية وتعميق العلاقات والتعاون على الصعيد الثنائي والمتعدد الأطراف فيما بين الدول الناطقة بالتركية في المجالات المختلفة.

27. Noted that the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States established on the basis of the Nakhchivan Agreement on the Establishment of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States, signed at the Ninth Summit of the Heads of the Turkic-speaking Countries, defines a new stage in strengthening interaction among the Turkic-speaking States.
27 - لاحظوا أن مجلس التعاون للدول الناطقة بالتركية، الذي أنشئ استنادا إلى اتفاق نخشيفان بشأن إنشاء مجلس التعاون للدول الناطقة بالتركية، الموقع في مؤتمر القمة التاسع لرؤساء البلدان الناطقة بالتركية، يمثل مرحلة جديدة في تعزيز التفاعل بين الدول الناطقة بالتركية.

3. Ms. Krasa (Cyprus) said that her delegation continued to have serious reservations as to whether the criteria under General Assembly decision 49/426 were fulfilled, and in particular whether the activities of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic-speaking States covered activities of interest to the General Assembly.
3 - السيدة كراسا (قبرص): قالت إنه لا تزال لدى وفد بلدها تحفظات جدية بشأن ما إذا كان تم الوفاء بالمعيارين المنصوص عليهما في مقرر الجمعية العامة 49/426، وعلى وجه الخصوص ما إذا كانت أنشطة مجلس التعاون للدول الناطقة بالتركية تغطي الأنشطة التي تشكل موضع اهتمام في الجمعية العامة.

We have the honour to transmit herewith the Nakhchivan Declaration (annex I) and the Nakhchivan Agreement on the Establishment of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States (annex II), signed by the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Turkey at the Ninth Summit of the Heads of the Turkic-speaking Countries on 3 October 2009 in Nakhchivan city, Republic of Azerbaijan.
