يجوز للمدير التنفيذي أن يوافق على الميزانيات على أساس سنوي أو متعدد السنوات، وفقا للخطة الاستراتيجية، من أجل تغطية المصروفات التي قد تُتكبد فيما يتعلق بالمشاريع القطرية أو المشتركة بين البلدان الممولة من حساب هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة. وتخضع هذه الميزانيات في كل حالة على حدة لمدى توافر الأموال.

At the end of the 12-month period provided in regulation 17.5 above, the then-remaining balance of any appropriation retained will revert to the UN-Women account.
في نهاية فترة الـ 12 شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند 17-5 أعلاه، يعاد الرصيد المتبقي حينئذ من أي اعتماد احتُفظ به إلى حساب هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة.

The Executive Director and the executing agencies or, under the harmonized operational modalities, implementing partners, shall endeavour, consistent with the need for efficiency and economy of operations, to make the fullest possible use of all available currencies in the UN-Women account.
يسعى المدير التنفيذي والوكالات المنفذة، أو الشركاء المنفذون في إطار الطرائق التنفيذية المنسقة، تمشيا مع الحاجة إلى فعالية العمليات واقتصادها، إلى تحقيق أكمل استخدام ممكن لجميع العملات المتاحة في حساب هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة.
