1. 1 - توصي باشتراك المحكمة الجنائية الدولية في الصندوق المشترك للمعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي الأمم المتحدة طبقا للنظام الأساسي للصندوق وقبولها، حسب الاقتضاء، اختصاص المحكمة الإدارية للأمم المتحدة في المسائل التي تتضمن تطبيقات قانونية تتعلق بادعاء عدم مراعاة ذلك النظام الأساسي؛

For this purpose the World Tourism Organization agrees to accept the Statute of the International Civil Service Commission and participate in the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund in accordance with the Regulations of the Fund and accept the jurisdiction of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal in matters involving applications alleging non-observance of those Regulations.
ولهذا الغرض، توافق منظمة السياحة العالمية على قبول النظام الأساسي للجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية وعلى الاشتراك في الصندوق المشترك للمعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي الأمم المتحدة وفقا للنظام الأساسي للصندوق وقبول اختصاص المحكمة الإدارية للأمم المتحدة في المسائل التي تقدم بشأنها طلبات يدَّعى فيها بعدم الامتثال لهذا النظام الإداري.
