Noting that a periodic review of the United Nations Report on Military Expenditures could facilitate its further development and maintain its continued relevance and operation, and recalling that, in its resolution 66/20, the General Assembly recommended the establishment of a process for periodic reviews and that another review of the continuing relevance and operation of the Report be conducted in five years,
وإذ تلاحظ أن استعراض تقرير الأمم المتحدة المتعلق بالنفقات العسكرية بصفة دورية يمكن أن ييسر مواصلة تطويره لضمان استمرار جدواه ومواصلة العمل به، وإذ تشير إلى قرارها 66/20 الذي أوصت فيه الجمعية العامة باستحداث عملية لإجراء استعراضات دورية وإجراء استعراض آخر في غضون خمس سنوات لمدى جدوى التقرير ومواصلة العمل به،

(e) To continue to foster further cooperation with relevant regional organizations with a view to raising awareness of the United Nations Report on Military Expenditures and its role as a confidence-building measure;
(هـ) مواصلة تعزيز التعاون مع المنظمات الإقليمية المختصة بغية التوعية بتقرير الأمم المتحدة عن النفقات العسكرية ودوره كتدبير لبناء الثقة؛

(e) Member States should nominate a national point of contact for matters connected with the United Nations Report on Military Expenditures. Details on the contact point should be sent with the annual submission on the understanding that this information will be held by the Secretariat and provided on request to Governments only;
(هـ) قيام الدول الأعضاء بتسمية جهات اتصال وطنية تتولى المسائل المتصلة بتقرير الأمم المتحدة عن النفقات العسكرية وينبغي إرسال المعلومات التفصيلية المتعلقة بجهة الاتصال ضمن المعلومات المقدّمة سنويا، على أن يكون مفهوما أن الأمانة العامة ستحتفظ بتلك المعلومات ولن تفصح عنها إلا للحكومات عند الطلب؛
