the United Nations shall pay the authorized travel expenses of staff members appointed under these Rules under the following circumstances:
تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف السفر المأذون بها للموظفين المعينين بموجب هذا النظام في الأحوال التالية:

(a) Subject to the conditions laid down in these Rules, the United Nations shall pay the travel expenses of a staff member under the following circumstances:
(أ) مع مراعاة الشروط المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام الإداري، تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف سفر الموظف في الأحوال التالية:

(a) Subject to conditions established by the Secretary-General, the United Nations shall pay the travel expenses of a staff member under the following circumstances:
(أ) طبقا للشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام، تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف سفر الموظف في الأحوال التالية:

(b) Under subparagraph (a) (i) d above, the United Nations shall pay the expenses of a staff member to travel to the place of recruitment.
(ب) في إطار الفقرة الفرعية (أ) ' 1` (د) أعلاه، تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف سفر الموظف إلى مكان تعيينه.

(c) Under subparagraph (a) (vi) above, the United Nations shall pay the travel expenses of a staff member to the place of recruitment.
(ج) في إطار الفقرة الفرعية (أ) ' 6` أعلاه، تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف سفر الموظف إلى المكان الذي عُيِّن منه.

(b) Under subparagraph (a) (iv) above, the United Nations shall pay the expenses of a staff member to travel to the place of recruitment.
(ب) في إطار الفقرة الفرعية (أ) ' 4` أعلاه، تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف سفر الموظف إلى مكان تعيينه.
