4. Requests the Secretary-General to proceed to establish the unified conference-servicing facility at the Vienna International Centre under the management of the United Nations on the basis of the following elements and criteria:
٤ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يشرع في إنشاء المرفق الموحد لخدمة المؤتمرات في مركز فيينا الدولي تحت إدارة اﻷمم المتحدة استنادا إلى اﻷسس والمعايير التالية:

The estimates relating to the Vienna International Centre are based on: (a) General Assembly resolution 49/237, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to proceed to establish a unified conference-servicing facility at the Vienna International Centre under the management of the United Nations; (b) current arrangements for the Security and Safety Service; and (c) other general services.

Accordingly, the Secretary-General submitted revised estimates (A/C.5/49/24) to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session. By its resolution 49/237 of 31 March 1995, the General Assembly, inter alia, requested the Secretary-General to proceed to establish the unified conference-servicing facility at the Vienna International Centre under the management of the United Nations on the basis of the following elements and criteria:
وتبعا لذلك قدم اﻷمين العام التقديرات المنقحة (A/C.5/49/24) الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين، وبموجب المقرر ٤٩/٢٣٧، المؤرخ ٣١ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٥، طلبت الجمعية العامة، في جملة أمور، الى اﻷمين العام أن يشرع في انشاء المرفق الموحد لخدمة المؤتمرات في مركز فيينا الدولي تحت ادارة اﻷمم المتحدة استنادا الى العناصر والمعايير التالية:
