If the number of candidates receiving a two-thirds majority is less than the number of members to be elected, there shall be additional ballots to fill the remaining seats, the voting being restricted to the candidates obtaining the greatest number of votes in the previous ballot to a number not more than twice the places remaining to be filled.
وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على أغلبية الثلثين أقل من عدد الأعضاء اللازم انتخابهم، تُجرى اقتراعات إضافية لملء المقاعد المتبقية، ويقتصر التصويت فيها على المرشحين الحاصلين في الاقتراع السابق على أكبر عدد من الأصوات، على ألا يتجاوز عددهم ضعف عدد المقاعد اللازم شغلها.

If the number of candidates obtaining a simple majority is less than the number of members to be elected, there shall be additional ballots to fill the remaining places, the voting being restricted to the candidates obtaining the greatest number of votes in the previous ballot to a number not more than twice the places remaining to be filled.
وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على أغلبية بسيطة أقل من عدد الأعضاء اللازم انتخابهم، تجري اقتراحات إضافية لشغل المقاعد المتبقية. ويقتصر التصويت على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق على ألاّ يزيد عن ضعف عدد المقاعد المتبقية التي ينبغي شغلها.

2. If the number of candidates obtaining such a majority is less than the number of places to be filled, additional ballots shall be held to fill the remaining places, the voting being restricted to the candidates obtaining the largest number of votes in the previous ballot, in a number not exceeding twice the number of places remaining to be filled.
2- إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على الأغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المراد ملؤها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لملء المناصب المتبقية. ويقتصر التصويت عندئذ على عدد لايتجاوز ضعف عدد الشواغر المتبقية من المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في جولة الاقتراع السابقة.
