I should like to inform the Conference that further requests have been received from Côte d'Ivoire and Luxembourg for participation in the work of the Conference as observers during 1999.
أود إحاطة المؤتمر علما بأنه قد ورد طلبان إضافيان من كوت ديفوار ولكسمبرغ للمشاركة في أعمال المؤتمر بصفة مراقب أثناء عام 1999.

Once we have heard the speakers inscribed for today, I intend to take up for decision the requests from Albania, Angola, Armenia and the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya for participation in the work of the Conference as observers in 1999.
وبعد الاستماع إلى المتحدثين المسجلين على القائمة لهذا اليوم أعتزم أن أطرح الطلبات المقدمة من أرمينيا وألبانيا وأنغولا والجماهيرية العربية الليبية للمشاركة في أعمال المؤتمر بصفة مراقب في عام 1999 لاتخاذ قرار بشأنها.

I should like to inform you that further requests have been received from Albania, Angola, Armenia and the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya for participation in the work of the Conference as observers during 1999. With your agreement, I should like to invite the Conference to take a decision on these requests without considering them first at an informal plenary meeting.
أود أن أحيطكم علماً أنه قد وردت طلبات أخرى من ألبانيا وأنغولا وأرمينيا والجماهيرية العربية الليبية للمشاركة في أعمال المؤتمر بصفة مراقب في دورة عام 1999 وبموافقتكم أود أن أدعو المؤتمر إلى اتخاذ قرار بشأن هذه الطلبات دون النظر فيها أولاً في جلسة عامة غيــر رسميــة.
