3. At its third session, the Conference decided to fold the mandate of the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Technical Assistance into the work of the Implementation Review Group (resolution 3/1).
3- وقرَّر المؤتمر في دورته الثالثة تضمين ولاية الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية في أعمال فريق استعراض التنفيذ (القرار 3/1).

In accordance with rule 1 of Conference resolution 4/5, entitled " Participation of signatories, non-signatories, entities and intergovernmental organizations in the work of the Implementation Review Group " , the Conference decided that States signatories should be entitled to participate in the Implementation Review Group.

In accordance with rule 1 of Conference resolution 4/5, entitled " Participation of signatories, non-signatories, entities and intergovernmental organizations in the work of the Implementation Review Group " , the Conference decided that States signatories shall be entitled to participate in the Implementation Review Group.

In accordance with rule 1 of resolution 4/5, entitled " Participation of signatories, non-signatories, entities and intergovernmental organizations in the work of the Implementation Review Group " , adopted by the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption at its fourth session, the Conference decided that States signatories should be entitled to participate in the Implementation Review Group.

4. Further decides that the work of the working group shall be subsumed under the work of the Implementation Review Group if the Implementation Review Group establishes thematic sub-groups;

In his introductory remarks, he recalled the adoption of Conference resolution 3/1, which marked the historic establishment of the Mechanism for the Review of Implementation of the Convention, and resolution 4/1, in which the Conference had endorsed the work of the Implementation Review Group.
واستذكر في ملاحظاته الاستهلالية اعتماد قرار المؤتمر 3/1، الذي سجَّل الإنشاء التاريخي لآلية استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، والقرار 4/1، الذي أقرَّ المؤتمر فيه عمل فريق استعراض التنفيذ.

The Conference, in its resolution 3/2, decided to establish an interim open-ended intergovernmental working group to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the prevention of corruption and that the work of the working group should be subsumed under the work of the Implementation Review Group if the Group were to establish thematic sub-groups.
قرّر المؤتمر في قراره 3/2 أن ينشئ فريقا عاملا حكوميا دوليا مؤقتا ومفتوح العضوية لكي يسدي للمؤتمر المشورة ويقدِّم له المساعدة من أجل تنفيذ ولايته المتعلقة بمنع الفساد، وأن يندرج عمل الفريق العامل في إطار عمل فريق استعراض التنفيذ إذا أنشأ فريق استعراض التنفيذ أفرقة فرعية مواضيعية.
