The Bureau recommended that the Commission consider adopting (a) a decision on the draft agenda for the forty-second session; (b) a decision on the theme for its forty-third session, in 2010; (c) a resolution on the special theme of the forty-first session, namely, " Population distribution, urbanization, internal migration and development " ; and (d) a resolution on the work programme of the Population Division.
