The Committee noted with satisfaction that a number of reports related to the recommendations of UNISPACE 82 had been prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the Working Group of the Whole at its eighth session in 1994 (A/AC.105/571, annex II), which had been endorsed by the General Assembly in paragraph 16 of its resolution 49/34.
