٢ - يمنح أعضاء المحكمة وأفراد عائلاتهم الذين يشكلون جزءا من أسرهم المعيشية كل التسهيلات ليغادروا البلد الذي قد يكونون فيه من أجل دخول ومغادرة البلد الذي تنعقد فيه هيئة المحكمة.

4 - يمنح القضاة والمدعي العام ونواب المدعي العام والمسجل ومعهم أفراد عائلاتهم الذين يشكلون جزءا من أسرهم المعيشية نفس تسهيلات العودة إلى الوطن في وقت الأزمات الدولية التي تمنح للممثلين الدبلوماسيين بموجب اتفاقية فيينا.

The Yemen Arab Republic understands the words " members of their families forming part of their households " in article 46, paragraph 1, and article 49 as being restricted to members of the consular posts and their wives and minor children for the purpose of the privileges and immunities enjoyed by them.
