ولا يجوز لهم أن ينقلوا إلى أي حكومة أو كيان أو شخص أو أية جهة أخرى أية معلومات يكونون قد اطلعوا عليها بحكم مركزهم الرسمي ويعلمون، أو يُفترض أنهم يعلمون، أنها لم تعمم، إلا إذا كان ذلك مما يقتضيه الأداء المعتاد لواجباتهم أو بإذن من الأمين العام.

Society no longer wishes to condone impunity on the part of those who commit these crimes, whatever their official position in the State.
