16. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the authors with an effective and appropriate remedy that will respect the right of the authors as parents to ensure and as pupils to receive an education that is in conformity with their own convictions.
16- ووفقاً للفقرة 3(أ) من المادة 2 من العهد، فإن على الدولة الطرف التزاماً بأن توفر لأصحاب البلاغ سبيل انتصاف فعالاً ومناسباً يكفل احترام حق أصحاب البلاغ كآباء في أن يضمنوا وكتلاميذ في أن يتلقوا تعليماً يتفق مع معتقداتهم الخاصة.
