538. The Committee requests that the State party provide information in its next report on refugee and migrant children within its jurisdiction who may have been involved in hostilities in their home country and the assistance provided for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
538- تطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن تقدم في تقريرها التالي معلومات عن الأطفال اللاجئين والمهاجرين الخاضعين لولايتها والذين ربما شاركوا في أعمالٍ حربية في بلدان منشئهم، وعن المساعدة المقدمة من أجل تعافيهم الجسدي والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً.

(e) In cases of the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, to address effectively the needs of victims, including their physical and psychological recovery and full reintegration into society;

The Committee recommends to the State party that it provide children involved in and traumatized by armed conflict with adequate assistance and counselling for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration into society in cooperation with national and international nongovernmental organizations and United Nations bodies, such as UNICEF.
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تزود الأطفال المشتركين في النـزاع المسلح أو الذين أصيبوا بصدمات نفسية بسببه، بالمساعدة المناسبة والمشورة الطبية لتأمين تعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع، وذلك بالتعاون مع منظمات وطنية وغير حكومية دولية ووكالات الأمم المتحدة، مثل اليونيسيف.

(b) Carefully examine the situation of refugee, asylum-seeking and migrant children who have been recruited or used in hostilities and provide them with immediate multidisciplinary assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration in accordance with article 6, paragraph 3, of the Optional Protocol;
(ب) التأني في دراسة حالة الأطفال اللاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء والمهاجرين الذين قد يكونون جندوا أو استخدموا في أعمال قتالية وتزويدهم بمساعدة فورية متعددة التخصصات من أجل تعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً وفقاً لأحكام الفقرة 3 من المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري؛

(c) Provide children who have been or may have been involved in armed conflict with appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.
(ج) تقديم مساعدة مناسبة للأطفال الذين شاركوا أو ربما أُشرِكوا في النزاعات المسلّحة من أجل تعافيهم بدنياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً.

Measures should also be taken to provide victims with support services for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration, in a gender-sensitive manner.
وينبغي أيضاً اتخاذ تدابير لتوفير خدمات الدعم للضحايا من أجل مساعدتهم على التعافي البدني والنفسي وعلى إعادة اندماجهم في المجتمع، بصورة تراعي الفوارق بين الجنسين.

(c) Provide children who have been or may have been involved in armed conflict with appropriate assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration; and
(ج) تقديم المساعدة الملائمة للأطفال الذين شاركوا أو يُحتمل أن يكونوا قد شاركوا في نزاع مسلح من أجل تعافيهم الجسدي والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً؛

(b) Pay particular attention to refugee and asylum-seeking children in Spain who may have been involved in hostilities and increase the number of professionals in order to provide children with adequate multidisciplinary assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration;
(ب) إيلاء اهتمام خاص للأطفال ملتمسي اللجوء واللاجئين الموجودين في إسبانيا والذين يُحتمَل أن يكونوا قد شاركوا في أعمال قتالية، وزيادة عدد المهنيين لتقديم المساعدة المتعددة التخصصات المناسبة لهؤلاء الأطفال من أجل تعافيهم جسدياً ونفسياً وإعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً؛

The Committee requests that the State party provide information in its next report on refugee, asylumseeking and migrant children within its jurisdiction who may have been involved in armed conflict in their home country, as well as on the assistance provided for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.

(b) To provide special support and assistance to children in early childhood who are suffering from discrimination or living under especially difficult circumstances, in order to ensure their physical and psychological recovery and social integration and the full realization of their rights within an environment that encourages dignity and selfrespect;
(ب) توفير الدعم الخاص والمساعدة الخاصة في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة للأطفال الذين يعانون من التمييز أو يعيشون في ظروف صعبة للغاية، من أجل ضمان تعافيهم جسديا ونفسيا وإدماجهم في المجتمع وإعمال حقوقهم بشكل تام في بيئة تكفل الكرامة واحترام الذات؛

In this regard, the Committee further recommends that greater efforts be made to prevent police brutality and ensure that child victims are provided adequate treatment to facilitate their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration and that perpetrators are sanctioned.
وفي هذا الصدد توصي اللجنة كذلك ببذل المزيد من الجهود لمنع الشرطة من استخدام أساليب وحشية وكفالة أن توفر للأطفال الضحايا وسائل العلاج الملائمة التي تسهل شفاءهم البدني والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع ومعاقبة المسؤولية عن تلك الأعمال.

It also notes various programmes as well as bilateral agreements aimed at protecting children used in camel racing abroad and ensure their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration.

26. Directly related to the question of non-criminalization of victims is the obligation incumbent on States parties to take measures to ensure appropriate assistance to child victims, including their full social reintegration and their physical and psychological recovery.
26- ويرتبط ارتباطاً مباشراً بمسألة عدم تجريم الضحايا الالتزام الواقع على الدول الأطراف باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة المساعدة الملائمة للأطفال الضحايا، بما في ذلك إعادة إدماجهم اجتماعياً بشكل تام وتأهيلهم بدنياً ونفسياً.

However, the Committee is concerned that while there are certain services available for child victims of trafficking from other countries, children victim of internal commercial sexual exploitation often lack the adequate services, including transitional shelters, necessary for their physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration.
