٤- تحث بشدة حكومة ميانمار على اﻹفراج فوراً وبلا شروط عن داو أونع سان سو كي الحائزة لجائزة نوبل للسلام، المحتجزة بدون محاكمة منذ أكثر من خمسة أعوام، باﻹضافة الى غيرها من الزعماء السياسيين المحتجزين وجميع السجناء السياسيين، وضمان سلامتهم الجسدية والسماح لهم بالمشاركة في عملية المصالحة الوطنية؛

11.
