3. Reaffirms its decision, contained in paragraph 5 of its resolution 50/233 of 7 June 1996, to consider the thematic reports of the Unit under the relevant agenda items.

٢ - تؤيد الملاحظات والتوصيات المتعلقة بعمل وحدة التفتيش المشتركة والواردة في التقرير السنوي للوحدة عن الفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ٤٩٩١ إلى ٠٣ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥، رهنا بأحكام هذا القرار، ودون المساس بنظرها في التقارير الموضوعية للوحدة؛

2. Endorses the observations and recommendations on the operation of the Unit contained in the annual report of the Unit for the period from 1 July 1994 to 30 June 1995, subject to the provisions of the present resolution, without prejudice to its consideration of the thematic reports of the Unit;
٢ - تؤيد الملاحظات والتوصيات المتعلقة بعمل الوحدة والواردة في التقرير السنوي للوحدة عن الفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ٤٩٩١ إلى ٠٣ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥، رهنا بأحكام هذا القرار، ودون المساس بنظرها في التقارير الموضوعية للوحدة؛

23. In paragraph 4, the Assembly requested the Secretary-General, and invited the executive heads of organizations participating in the Unit, to take the necessary measures to ensure that the thematic reports of the Unit were listed under the appropriate substantive agenda items of the work programmes of the General Assembly and other legislative organs.
٢٣ - وفي الفقرة ٤، طلبت الجمعية العامة الى اﻷمين العام ودعت الرؤساء التنفيذيين للمنظمات المشاركة الى اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لضمان إدراج التقارير الموضوعية للوحدة في إطار بنود جدول اﻷعمال الفنية الملائمة المتعلقة ببرامج عمل الجمعية العامة واﻷجهزة التشريعية اﻷخرى.

9. As called for by the General Assembly in paragraph 4 of its resolution 50/233, the executive heads will take the necessary measures to ensure that the thematic reports of the Unit are listed under the appropriate substantive agenda items of the work programme of the appropriate legislative organs of the participating organizations.
٩ - ويقوم الرؤساء التنفيذيون، على النحو المطلوب في الفقرة ٤ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٢٣٣، باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لضمان إدراج التقارير الموضوعية للوحدة في إطار بنود جدول اﻷعمال الموضوعية الملائمة لبرامج عمل اﻷجهزة التشريعية المختصة للمنظمات المشاركة.
