٤ - تتعهد السلطة بأن تقوم بأنشطتها وفقا لمقاصد الميثاق ومبادئه من أجل تعزيز السلم والتعاون الدولي وبما يتمشى مع سياسات اﻷمم المتحدة الرامية إلى تعزيز هذه المقاصد والمبادئ.
