١٨ - وقــررت الجمعيــة العامــة، فـي الفقرة ٣ من قرارها ٤٨/٢٥٢ ألف أن يستمر، اعتبارا من ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤، القضاة الخاصون المشار إليهم في المادة ٣١ من النظام اﻷساسي لمحكمة العدل الدولية في تقاضي أجر عن كل يوم يزاولون فيه مهامهم قدره جزء من ثلاثمائة وخمسة وستين جزءا من المرتب السنوي المقرر دفعه آنذاك لعضو المحكمة.
