A term of up to three months' imprisonment shall be imposed on anyone who conceals a minor whom he or she has been ordered to surrender to a person or institution pursuant to this Act, or who induces a child to run away or assists him or her in doing so.

An institution responsible for initial financial monitoring that fails to fulfil the requirements of this Act, or does so in an improper manner, may, in accordance with the law, be punished with a fine of up to one thousand times the minimum taxable income of citizens.
وإذا كانت الوكالة المعنية بالمراقبة المالية الأولية لا تطبق أحكام هذا القانون أو تطبقها على غير النحو الواجب، تفـرض عليها غرامة لا تـزيد على ألـف ضعـف الحـد الأدنـى للإيرادات الخاضعة للضريبة.

(i) in the territory of the Republic, or committed elsewhere, if the act is punishable in terms of the domestic laws of the Republic, including this Act or in terms of the obligations of the Republic under international law;

- Conducting activities not authorized under this Act or under the entry permit granted;

Section 23 of the same legal document provides that: Any person who contravenes this Act or any order made or condition imposed under it, for which no specific penalty is elsewhere provided in this act, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable, to a fine not exceeding 2,000 rupees or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.
ويقضي الفصل 23 من القانون ذاته بما يلي: أي شخص يخالف هذا القانون أو أي أمر أو شرط يفرض بموجبه، ومخالفة لا يرد نص بالمعاقبة عليها في موضع آخر من هذا القانون، يرتكب جريمة ويخضع في حال إدانته لدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز 000 2 روبية أو لعقوبة السجن لفترة لا تتجاوز ستة شهور.

Under Section 63, the Minister may, in conjunction with the Board and Inspectorate, issue a code of practice consisting of standards, rules, specifications or provisions relating to matters in this Act or those which are formulated, prepared or recommended by the Board in liaison with the Inspectorate Department of Labour.

1. Any person who gives false information to the competent authority or submits improper documents with intent to obtain or renew any type of visa provided for in this Act or acquire a residence stamp or transit permit;

Any other moneys that may vest in or accrue to the Commission, whether in terms of this Act or otherwise.

Under the Clean Environment Act, the maximum fines have been increased as follows for the violation of any provision of this Act or the regulations: in the case of an individual, not less than $500 and not more than $50,000; in the case of a corporation, not less than $1,000 and not more than $1 million.
١٣٣٣- وبموجب قانون البيئة النظيفة، تضاعفت الغرامات القصوى عن انتهاك أي من أحكام هذا القانون أو اللوائح على النحو التالي: بالنسبة للفرد، لا تقل الغرامة عن ٥٠٠ دولار ولا تزيد على ٠٠٠ ٠٥ دولار؛ وبالنسبة للشركة، لا تقل الغرامة عن ٠٠٠ ١ دولار ولا تزيد على مليون دولار.

64. Under the provisions of this Act, foreign citizens in the Azerbaijani Republic enjoy the same rights and freedoms and bear the same obligations as citizens of Azerbaijan save as otherwise provided in the Constitution, this Act or other legislative instruments.
٤٦- وتنص أحكام هذا القانون على أن اﻷجانب المقيمين في الجمهورية اﻷذربيجانية يتمتعون بنفس الحقوق والحريات التي يتمتع بها المواطنون اﻷذربيجانيون وعليهم نفس الالتزامات المفروضة على المواطنين اﻷذربيجانيين عدا ما هو منصوص عليه بخلاف ذلك في الدستور أو في هذا القانون أو غيره من الصكوك التشريعية.

the defendant's reasonable expenses in defending a proceeding under this Act or any criminal charge to which this proceeding relates.
(ب) القدر المعقول من النفقات التي يحتاج إليها المتهم للدفاع في إجراء متخَذ في حقه بموجب هذا القانون أو أي تهمة جنائية تتصل بهذا الإجراء.
