Any dispute which arises from the interpretation or application of this agreement, or which has not been expressly provided for in the text of the agreement, shall be amicably resolved through consultations between the contracting parties.
يتم وديا عن طريق المشاورات بين اﻷطراف المتعاقدة حل أي خلاف يتعلق بتفسير هذا الاتفاق أو تطبيقه، لا يرد بشأنه حكم صريح في نص الاتفاق.

The Council may invite any member or observer State of the United Nations which is not party to this Agreement, or any organization referred to in article 15 interested in the activities of the Organization, to attend as observers the sessions of the Council.
يجوز للمجلس أن يدعو أية دولة عضو أو تتمتع بصفة مراقب في الأمم المتحدة وليست طرفاً في هذا الاتفاق أو أي منظمة مشار إليها في المادة 15 ومهتمة بأنشطة المنظمة، إلى حضور دورات المجلس بصفة مراقب.

2. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or in the General Convention, the laws and regulations of the host country shall apply within the premises of the Tribunal.
٢ - تسري قوانين وأنظمة البلد المضيف داخل مباني المحكمة، عدا ما نُص عليه خلاف ذلك في هذا الاتفاق أو في الاتفاقية العامة.

2. Any dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the UNV, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted, at the request of either Party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of three members.
٢- أي نزاع بين اﻷطراف يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو لوائح برنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة، لا تتم تسويته بطريقة ودية، يحال، بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة تحكيم مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء.

2. A State Party which has reason to believe that another State Party is not fulfilling the obligations incumbent upon it pursuant to this Agreement or that another State Party is interfering with the rights which the former State has under this Agreement may request consultations with that State Party.
2- يجوز لكل دولة طرف، يكون لديها من الأسباب ما يحملها على الاعتقاد أنَّ دولة طرفا أخرى لا تفي بالالتزامات المفروضة عليها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية أو أنَّ دولة طرفا أخرى تعترض ما للدولة الأولى من حقوق بموجب هذا الاتفاق، أن تطلب إجراء مشاورات مع هذه الدولة الطرف.

15. The Office and its staff shall refrain from any activity incompatible with the international and impartial nature of their functions or contrary to the spirit of this Agreement or Colombian law.
٥١- يمتنع المكتب وموظفوه عن أي نشاط لا يتفق مع الطابع الدولي لوظائفه ونزاهتها، أو يكون مخالفا لروح هذا الاتفاق أو للقانون الكولومبي.

2. Any dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the Tribunal, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted, at the request of either Party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of three members.
٢ - يحال، بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة محكمين مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء أي نزاع بين الطرفين يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو بنظم المحكمة وتتعذر تسويته وديا.

" (b) Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or in the General Convention, the federal, state and local law of the United States shall apply within the Headquarters district.
" )ب( تسري القوانين الاتحادية وقوانين الولاية والقوانين المحلية للولايات المتحدة داخل منطقة المقر باستثناء ما نص عليه خلاف ذلك في هذا الاتفاق أو في الاتفاقية العامة.

4. A State Party to this Agreement which is not a Party to the Convention, when signing, ratifying or acceding to this Agreement, or at any time thereafter, shall be free to choose, by means of a written declaration, one or more of the means set out in article 287, paragraph 1, of the Convention for the settlement of disputes under this Part.
٤ - يكون للدولة الطرف في هذا الاتفاق التي ليست طرفا في الاتفاقية، وقت التوقيع أو التصديق على هذا الاتفاق أو الانضمام إليه، أو في أي وقت بعد ذلك، الحرية في أن تختار، عن طريق إعلان مكتوب، وسيلة أو أكثر من الوسائل المبينة في الفقرة ١ من المادة ٢٨٧ من الاتفاقية، لتسوية المنازعات بموجب هذا الجزء.

1. The Annexes form an integral part of this Agreement and, unless expressly provided otherwise, a reference to this Agreement or to one of its Parts includes a reference to the Annexes relating thereto.
المرفقــان ١ - يشكل المرفقان جزءا لا يتجزأ من هذا الاتفاق، وما لم ينص صراحة على خلاف ذلك، فإن اﻹشارة الى هذا الاتفاق أو الى أحد أجزائه تتضمن اشارة الى المرفقين المتصلين به.

4. A State Party to this Agreement which is not a Party to the Convention, when signing, ratifying or acceding to this Agreement, or at any time thereafter, shall be free to choose, by means of a written declaration, one or more of the means set out in article 287, paragraph 1, of the Convention for the settlement of disputes under this Part.
٤ - يكون للدولة الطرف في هذا الاتفاق التي ليست طرفا في الاتفاقية الحرية، وقت التوقيع أو التصديق على هذا الاتفاق أو الانضمام إليه، أو في أي وقت بعد ذلك، الحرية في أن تختار، عن طريق إعلان مكتوب، وسيلة أو أكثر من الوسائل المبينة في الفقرة ١ من المادة ٢٨٧ من الاتفاقية، لتسوية المنازعات بموجب هذا الجزء.

1. The Annexes form an integral part of this Agreement and, unless expressly provided otherwise, a reference to this Agreement or to one of its Parts includes a reference to the Annexes relating thereto.
١ - يشكل المرفقان جزءا لا يتجزأ من هذا الاتفاق، وما لم ينص صراحة على خلاف ذلك، فإن اﻹشارة الى هذا الاتفاق أو الى أحد أجزائه تتضمن اشارة الى المرفقين المتصلين به.

2. For each Party to the Kyoto Protocol which ratifies, approves or accepts this Agreement or accedes thereto after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, approval, acceptance or accession, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification, approval, acceptance or accession. Article 15
2- يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة إلى كل طرف في بروتوكول كيوتو يصدِّق على هذا الاتفاق أو يوافق عليه أو يقبله أو ينضم إليه بعد إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو الموافقة أو القبول أو الانضمام، في اليوم الثلاثين بعد إيداع صك تصديقه أو موافقته أو قبوله أو انضمامه.

A signatory Government which intends to ratify, accept or approve this Agreement, or a Government for which the Council has established conditions for accession but which has not yet been able to deposit its instrument, may, at any time, notify the depositary that it will apply this Agreement provisionally either when it enters into force in accordance with article 41, or, if it is already in force, at a specified date.
يجوز لحكومة موقعة تعتزم التصديق على هذا الاتفاق أو قبوله أو إقراره، أو لحكومة حدد المجلس بالنسبة لها شروطاً للانضمام ولكنها لم تستطع بعد إيداع صكها، أن تقوم في أي وقت بإشعار الوديع بأنها ستطبق هذا الاتفاق مؤقتاً إما عند بدء نفاذه وفقاً للمادة 41 أو في تاريخ محدد إذا كان الاتفاق نافذاً بالفعل.

4. The International Olive Council shall take any measures it considers useful for the suppression of unfair competition at the international level, including such competition by States which are not Parties to this Agreement or by persons who are nationals of such States.
4- يقوم المجلس الدولي للزيتون باتخاذ جميع التدابير التي يراها مناسبة لدرء المنافسة غير المشروعة على الصعيد الدولي، بما فيها المنافسة التي تمارسها الدول غير الأطراف في هذا الاتفاق أو رعايا هذه الدول.

4. (a) Any bilateral dispute between any two of the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the UNV which cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted, at the request of either Party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of three members.
4- (أ) أي نزاع ثنائي ينشأ بين أي طرفين من الأطراف في ما يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو لوائح برنامج متطوعي الأمم المتحدة تتعذر تسويته بطريقة ودية، يحال بناء على طلب من طرف من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة تحكيم مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء.

(b) Any dispute amongst the three Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the UNV which cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted, at the request of any Party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of five members.
(ب) أي نزاع ينشأ بين الأطراف الثلاثة في ما يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو لوائح برنامج متطوعي الأمم المتحدة تتعذر تسويته بطريقة ودية يحال، بناء على طلب أي طرف من أطراف النزاع، إلى هيئة تحكيم مؤلفة من خمسة أعضاء.

4. (a) Any bilateral dispute between any two of the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the UNV which cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted, at the request of either Party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of three members.
٤- )أ( أي نزاع ثنائي ينشأ بين أي طرفين من اﻷطراف في ما يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو لوائح برنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة تتعذر تسويته بطريقة ودية، يحال بناء على طلب من طرف من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة تحكيم مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء.

2. A State Party which has reason to believe that another State Party is not fulfilling the obligations incumbent upon it pursuant to this Agreement or that another State Party is interfering with the rights which the former State has under this Agreement may request consultations with that State Party.
2- يجوز لكل دولة طرف، يكون لديها من الأسباب ما يحملها على الاعتقاد أن دولة طرفا أخرى لا تفي بالالتزامات المفروضة عليها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية أو أن دولة طرفا أخرى تعترض ما للدولة الأولى من حقوق بموجب هذا الاتفاق، أن تطلب إجراء مشاورات مع هذه الدولة الطرف.

4. " institutions " means any boards, bodies, panels, committees or groups established by the Conference of Parties serving as the meeting of Parties to the Kyoto Protocol as are listed in the Appendix to this Agreement or as duly added by amendment;
4- يُقصد ﺑ " المؤسسات " أي مجالس أو هيئات أو أفرقة أو لجان أو مجموعات ينشئها مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف تكون مدرجة في التذييل لهذا الاتفاق أو تضاف إليه بموجب تعديل حسب الأصول المرعية؛
