2. If a State becomes a party to this Convention after its entry into force, the obligations of that State vis-à-vis the Committee shall relate only to enforced disappearances which commenced after the entry into force of this Convention for the State concerned.
2- إذا أصبحت دولة ما طرفاً في هذه الاتفاقية بعد بدء نفاذها، تكون التزاماتها إزاء اللجنة قاصرة على حالات الحرمان من الحرية التي بدأت بعد دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لها.

2. If a State becomes a party to this Convention after its entry into force, the obligations of that State vis-à-vis the Committee shall relate only to enforced disappearances which commenced after the entry into force of this Convention for the State concerned.
2 - إذا أصبحت دولة ما طرفا في هذه الاتفاقية بعد بدء نفاذها، تكون التزاماتها إزاء اللجنة قاصرة على حالات الاختفاء القسري التي بدأت بعد دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لها.

2. If a State becomes a party to this Convention after its entry into force, the obligations of that State vis-à-vis the Committee shall relate only to enforced disappearances which commenced after the entry into force of this Convention for the State concerned.
2 - إذا أصبحت دولة ما طرفاً في هذه الاتفاقية بعد بدء نفاذها، تكون التزاماتها إزاء اللجنة قاصرة على حالات الحرمان من الحرية التي بدأت بعد دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لها.

2. For each State which becomes a Contracting State to this Convention after the date of the deposit of the fifth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, this Convention enters into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of one year after the date of the deposit of the appropriate instrument on behalf of that State.
٢ - بالنسبة لكل دولة تصبح دولة متعاقدة في هذه الاتفاقية بعد تاريخ ايداع الصك الخامس الخاص بالتصديق أو القبول أو الاقرار أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم اﻷول من الشهر التالي لانقضاء سنة على تاريخ ايداع الصك اللازم من قبل تلك الدولة.

2. For each State that becomes a Contracting State to this Convention after the date of deposit of the fifth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, this Convention enters into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of six months after the date of deposit of the appropriate instrument on behalf of that State.
2 - بالنسبة لكل دولة تصبح دولة متعاقدة في هذه الاتفاقية بعد تاريخ إيداع الصك الخامس من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم الأول من الشهر التالي لانقضاء ستة أشهر على تاريخ إيداع الصك المناسب نيابة عن تلك الدولة.

For each State that becomes a Contracting State to this Convention after the date of the deposit of the twentieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, this Convention enters into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of one year after the deposit of the appropriate instrument on behalf of that State.
۲- فيما يخص كلّ دولة تصبح دولة متعاقدة في هذه الاتفاقية بعد تاريخ إيداع الصك العشرين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم الأول من الشهر الذي يعقب انقضاء سنة واحدة على إيداع الصك المناسب باسم تلك الدولة.

2. For each State that becomes a Contracting State to this Convention after the date of the deposit of the twentieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, this Convention enters into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of one year after the deposit of the appropriate instrument on behalf of that State.
۲ - فيما يخص كل دولة تصبح دولة متعاقدة في هذه الاتفاقية بعد تاريخ إيداع الصك العشرين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم الأول من الشهر الذي يعقب انقضاء سنة واحدة على إيداع الصك المناسب باسم تلك الدولة.

Recalling article 35, paragraph 2, that " if a State becomes a party to this Convention after its entry into force, the obligations of that State vis-à-vis the Committee shall relate only to enforced disappearances which commenced after the entry into force of this Convention for the State concerned " ,
وإذ تشير إلى الفقرة 2 من المادة 35 التي تنص على أنه " إذا أصبحت دولة ما طرفاً في هذه الاتفاقية بعد بدء نفاذها، تكون التزاماتها إزاء اللجنة قاصرة على حالات الاختفاء القسري التي بدأت بعد دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لها " ،
