52- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره 21/م أ-7 إلى الأمانة أن تدرج في جدول أعمال الدورة الثامنة للمؤتمر النظر في هذه المادة المعلقة من مواد النظام الداخلي، وأن تعدّ تقريراً عن حالة الأنظمة الداخلية المماثلة في الاتفاقات البيئية الأخرى المتعددة الأطراف، على أن يتضمن ذلك التقرير آراء الأمانات الأخرى في أثر هذه الحالة في عمل الاتفاقات البيئية المتعددة الأطراف الخاص بكل منها.

1. At its second session, the Conference of the Parties, by decision 21/COP.2, decided to replace the marginal note, the title and paragraph 1 of rule 47 of the rules of procedure with the text reproduced in annex, and requested the secretariat to include consideration of this outstanding rule of procedure on the agenda of its third session (ICCD/COP(2)/14/Add.1).
1- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف، في دورته الثانية، في المقرر 21/م أ-2، الاستعاضة عن الملاحظة الهامشية وعنوان المادة 47 والفقرة 1 من هذه المادة من مواد النظام الداخلي بالنص المستنسخ في المرفق، وطلب إلى الأمانة أن تدرج النظر في هذه المادة المعلقة من النظام الداخلي في جدول أعمال دورته الثالثة (ICCD/COP(2)/14/Add.1).

4. By decision 20/COP(5), the COP took note of the draft text of rule 47, as amended by decision 21/COP.2, and, having heard the report of the President of the COP at its fifth session on the results of his consultations on the outstanding issue relating to rule 47 of the rules of procedure, requested the secretariat to include consideration of this outstanding rule of procedure on the agenda of its sixth session (decision 20/COP.5).
4- كما أحاط مؤتمر الأطراف علماً، بموجب المقرر 20/م أ-5، بمشروع نص المادة 47 بصيغته المعدلة بموجب المقرر 21/م أ-2، وبعد أن استمع المؤتمر إلى تقرير رئيس المؤتمر، في دورته الخامسة، عن نتائج مشاوراته حول القضية المعلقة الخاصة بالمادة 47 من النظام الداخلي، طلب إلى الأمانة أن تدرج مسألة النظر في هذه المادة المعلقة من النظام الداخلي في جدول أعمال دورته السادسة (المقرر 20/م أ-5).
