(3) تمنح الموظفة التي تمرض عقب نهاية إجازتها المتعلقة بالأمومة، إجازة مرضية بموجب المادة 62 من هذا الإعلان قدرها ستة أشهر على أن يكون الشهر الأول مدفوع الأجر الكامل (100 في المائة) والشهران التاليان بنسبة 50 في المائة والأشهر الثلاثة التالية بلا أجر).

It is unjustified termination of contract, if an employer terminates the contract in violation of Article 23 that is " Non- legitimate ground for the termination of a contract of employment " of this proclamation (Article 28/1).
