63. In accordance with their respective statutes, the terms and conditions of service of the judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia are those of the judges of the International Court of Justice, while the terms and conditions of service of the judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda are those of judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
٣٦ - وشروط خدمة قضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة هي شروط خدمة قضاة محكمة العدل الدولية، وفقا للنظام اﻷساسي لكل منهما، وتتفق شروط خدمة قضاة المحكمة الدولية لرواندا مع شروط خدمة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة.

It is provided in article 12, paragraph 5, of the Statute of the International Tribunal that the terms and conditions of service of judges of the Tribunal shall be those of the judges of the International Court of Justice.
بيد أنه جرى النص في الفقرة ٥ من المادة ١٢ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة الدولية على أن بنود وشروط عمل قضاة المحكمة هي نفس بنود وشروط عمل قضاة محكمة العدل الدولية.

3. The Secretary-General recommended to the General Assembly that, in view of the provisions of article 13, paragraph 4, of the statute of the Tribunal, the conditions of service of the judges of the Tribunal shall be those of the judges of the International Court of Justice (see A/C.5/48/36).
٣ - وكان اﻷمين العام قد أوصى الجمعية العامة، في ضوء أحكام الفقرة ٤ من المادة ١٣ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة، بأن تسري على قضاة المحكمة الدولية نفس شروط خدمة قضاة محكمة العدل الدولية )A/C.5/48/36(.
