In decision SC-5/13, the Toolkit experts were also requested to prepare a preliminary analysis of information on unintentional releases of persistent organic pollutants provided through national reports pursuant to Article 15, in order to facilitate its evaluation under the proposed framework for evaluating the effectiveness of the Convention.
3 - وطُلِب إلى فريق الخبراء المعنيين بمجموعة الأدوات في المقرر ا س-5/13 إعداد تحليل أوّلي للمعلومات بشأن الإطلاقات غير المقصودة من الملوّثات العضوية الثابتة المقدّمة من خلال التقارير الوطنية عملاً بالمادة 15، بغية تيسير تقييمها في الإطار المقترح لتقييم فعالية الاتفاقية.

The experts considered new information for supplementing the Toolkit and agreed on the methodology and workplan for the preliminary analysis of information on unintentional releases of persistent organic pollutants provided through national reports submitted pursuant to Article 15 as referred to in paragraph 2 (a) above.
