2 - يجوز لمحكمة المنازعات في أي وقت أثناء سير الإجراءات أن تأمر باتخاذ تدبير مؤقت، وغير قابل للاستئناف، لتوفير وسيلة انتصاف مؤقتة لأي من الطرفين، [في الحالات التي يبدو فيها القرار الإداري المطعون فيه بصورة أولية غير قانوني، وفي حالات الضرورة الملحة بوجه خاص، وفي الحالات التي يترتب فيها على تنفيذه ضرر لا سبيل إلى تداركه.

2 - يجوز لمحكمة المنازعات في أي وقت أثناء سير الإجراءات أن تأمر باتخاذ تدبير مؤقت وغير قابل للاستئناف، لتوفير وسيلة انتصاف مؤقتة لأي من الطرفين، وذلك في الحالات التي يبدو فيها أن القرار الإداري المطعون فيه غير قانوني في ظاهره، وفي حالات الضرورة الملحة بوجه خاص، وفي الحالات التي يترتب فيها على تنفيذه ضرر لا سبيل إلى تداركه.

After discussion, it was agreed to amend paragraph (3) by combining the first and third sentences, to read as follows: " At any time during the proceedings the neutral may require or allow the parties (upon such terms as to costs and otherwise as the neutral shall determine) to provide additional information, produce documents, exhibits or other evidence within such period of time as the neutral shall determine " .

At any time during the proceedings, the Preliminary Investigations Chamber may, either of its own initiative or at the request of the person concerned or the Prosecutor, release the person concerned or suspend or amend the terms of judicial supervision.
