The Advisory Committee was informed that the confidence-building programme by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) provides, on a cost-sharing basis, for family exchange visits for registered beneficiaries, as well as telephone service between the refugee camps in Tindouf and the Territory west of the berm and that MINURSO is providing both logistical and substantive support for the programme.
