The Summit recommends that States should consider expanding their extradition treaty network and/or enacting or revising extradition domestic legislation to be used as a supplementary legal framework for surrendering fugitives to a requesting State or as a procedural or enabling framework in support of the implementation of extradition treaties or arrangements.
32- يوصي مؤتمر القمة بأن تنظر الدول في توسيع شبكة معاهدات تسليم المجرمين و/أو سنّ أو تنقيح تشريعات وطنية خاصة بتسليم المجرمين لاستخدامها كإطار قانوني تكميلي لتسليم الهاربين لدولة طالبة أو كإطار إجرائي أو إطار تمكين لدعم تنفيذ معاهدات أو ترتيبات تسليم المجرمين.

17. In support of its technical assistance functions, the Organization conducts advisory visits to a requesting State and encourages the formation of bilateral and multilateral agreements between States for technical assistance in various aspects of hydrography, including training of personnel.
١٧ - وتقوم المنظمة، دعما لمهام المساعدة التقنية التي تضطلع بها، بزيارات استشارية للدولة الطالبة وتشجع عقد الاتفاقات الثنائية والمتعددة اﻷطراف بين الدول لتقديم المساعدة التقنية في مختلف جوانب المساحة البحرية، بما في ذلك تدريب الموظفين.

Requests that the United Nations continue its efforts to ensure, before undertaking to provide electoral assistance to a requesting State, that there is adequate time to organize and carry out an effective mission for providing such assistance, that conditions exist to allow a free and fair election and that provisions can be made for adequate and comprehensive reporting of the results of the mission;
٣ - تطلب أن تواصل اﻷمم المتحدة جهودها، قبل التعهد بتقديم مساعدة انتخابية الى دولة طلبت الحصول عليها، لكفالة وجود وقت كاف لتنظيم بعثة لتقديم تلك المساعدة والاضطلاع بها بفعالية، وتوفر الظروف التي تسمح بإجراء انتخابات حرة ونزيهة، وإمكانية وضع ترتيبات لتقديم تقارير وافية وشاملة عن نتائج البعثة؛

56. With regard to draft article 8 on prohibition of extradition disguised as expulsion, nothing should stand in the way of extradition of an alien to a requesting State when all conditions for expulsion had been met and the expulsion itself did not contravene international or domestic law.
56 - وفيما يتعلق بمشروع المادة 8 المتعلقة بحظر التسليم المقنّع في شكل طرد، قال إنه لا ينبغي ألا يحول شيء دون تسليم أجنبي لدولة طالبة إذا استوفيت جميع شروط الطرد ولم يخالف الطرد في حد ذاته القانون الدولي أو القانون المحلي.

(c) Provisions under which a person who transfers a stolen or illicitly exported cultural object shall be the one, in principle, to pay the appropriate compensation to a possessor in good faith and also provisions under which a requested State should adopt measures to that end (i.e., that a requested State should undertake greater commitments to a requesting State);
(ج) أحكام يكون بمقتضاها الشخص الذي يقوم بنقل ملكية ممتلكات ثقافية مسروقة أو مصدّرة بطرائق غير مشروعة هو من يدفع، من حيث المبدأ، التعويض الملائم إلى الحائز بحسن نيّة، وكذلك أحكام يمكن بمقتضاها للدولة المطالَبة اعتماد التدابير التي تحقّق هذه الغاية (أي أنه على الدولة المطالَبة التعهد بالتزامات أكبر للدولة الطالبة)؛

129. Under the Code of Criminal Procedure, the extradition of a suspect to a requesting State is conditional on the existence of a treaty between that State and Egypt.
130- وفقاً لقانون الإجراءات الجنائية، يكون تسليم المتهمين إلى الدولة الطرف طالبة التسليم مشروطاً بوجود معاهدة نافذة بينها وبين مصر.
